Challenging layering with LAURA Zaray.

I am very happy to have the lovely Laura Zaray with us in Copenhagen.

In this workshop we will challenge ourselves with mind twisting combinations, focused on layering body movements. We will explore movement dynamics with a variety of exercises using traveling combinations together with hip, belly and chest movements as well as including some smooth arms on top! 

Laura Zaray is an internationally known dance teacher, performer and choreographer. She is based in Finland and traveling for dance festivals around Europe both as a performer and teacher, as well as teaching regular classes in Helsinki, Finland.
